Stewed Apple & Berry Breakfast Pots


Serves 4

Ingredients

2 red apples, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons caster sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

2 cups mixed frozen berries

1.5 cups vanilla greek yoghurt

pure delish Cranberry & Almond Grain-ola


Method

Place the apples in a saucepan over a low heat, add 2 tablespoons of water, the caster sugar and vanilla bean paste and gently stew until tender, stir regularly. Add the berries and cook for a further 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool and thicken. 

Place a few spoonfuls of our Cranberry & Almond Grain-ola in the base of each glass. Top with yoghurt and stewed fruit. Repeat 2 more times to create nice layers.
